2. Products & Services

Four-O-Five specializes in limited edition and deadstock (DS) sneakers and apparel.

  • All products are brand new and unused
  • Products go through an authentication process before dispatch
  • We are an independent retailer and not affiliated with brands such as Nike, Adidas, New Balance, etc.

Due to the exclusive nature of our products:

  • Availability may be limited
  • Restocks are not guaranteed

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) unless stated otherwise
  • We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice

We offer:

  • Prepaid payments (UPI, cards, etc.)
  • Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) on selected orders

For COD:

  • A partial advance payment is required
  • This advance is non-refundable in case of refusal at delivery

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (full or partial)
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:
    • Stock unavailability
    • Pricing errors
    • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

In such cases, a refund or store credit will be issued.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped from Mumbai, India
  • Delivery timelines are mentioned in our Shipping Policy

While we aim to deliver within estimated timelines, delays may occur due to logistics or courier issues.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy governs all return-related matters.

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect products
  • Size exchanges are not guaranteed
  • Refund timelines and methods are clearly defined in our policy

7. Accuracy of Information

We strive to ensure that all product details, pricing, and availability are accurate. However:

  • Errors may occasionally occur
  • We reserve the right to correct errors without prior notice
