- Select an alternative size/product (subject to availability)
- Receive store credit for the billed amount
2. Order Processing
- All orders are processed from our warehouse in Mumbai, India
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days
- Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email

4. Delivery Attempts
- Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times
- If the order is not received, it will be returned to us
- Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch
5. Customer Responsibility
Customers are required to provide:

Four-O-Five will not be responsible for delivery issues caused due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
6. Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeline, delays may occur due to:

- Unforeseen logistical challenges
We will assist in resolving delays wherever possible.
7. Damaged Shipments
If you receive a damaged package:

8. Partial COD Policy
We offer Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) on selected orders.
Advance Payment:
- A partial advance payment is required at the time of order
- This helps cover logistics and secure inventory
Non-Refundable Advance:
- The advance amount is non-refundable if the order is refused at delivery
Balance Payment:
- Remaining amount must be paid at the time of delivery via cash/UPI/card
Failure to Accept Delivery:
- If the order is refused, the advance will be forfeited
- Repeated refusals may result in COD restrictions
9. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout
- These charges are non-refundable
10. International Orders – Customs & Duties
- Customs duties and taxes vary by country
- Any additional charges imposed by customs or courier partners must be borne by the customer
