Refund policy
At Four-O-Five, we deal in limited edition and deadstock (DS) sneakers. All products sold are brand new, unused, and pass through a strict authentication process before dispatch.
1. No Return / Exchange Conditions
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Products that have been used, tried on, or tampered with
- Products returned without original packaging, tags, or authentication seals
We request all customers to confirm sizing before placing an order. For assistance, you may refer to our sizing guide or contact our support team.
2. Size Exchange Policy
Due to the exclusive and limited nature of our products, size exchanges are not guaranteed.
- We generally do not offer size exchanges
- In rare cases where a size exchange is approved:
- Additional charges may apply (upto 20% of the product value)
- The exchanged product will go through re-authentication
- If the requested size is unavailable, the amount will be issued as store credit
3. Eligible Returns (Only in Specific Cases)
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged
- Incorrect product or size delivered by us
4. Return Request Timeline
- Requests must be raised within 4 days of delivery
- Customers must share:
- Unboxing video
- Clear images of the issue

5. Return Process

- If eligible, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the product passes quality inspection
- Refunds will be issued to:
- Original payment method (preferred), or
- Store credit (in specific cases such as exchanges)
7. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Any additional costs for exchanges (if approved) must be borne by the customer
