The 2026 edition of the Nike Kobe 8 Protro 'Year of the Horse' rings in the Lunar New Year with varying shades of red on the engineered mesh upper. A golden yellow Swoosh adorns the side panel, matching Kobe Bryant's signature Sheath logo atop the tongue. This Protro edition features a drop-in React foam midsole, augmented with a glass-based carbon fiber shank plate for torsional rigidity. Underfoot, a herringbone-pattern rubber outsole in Vivid Blue is designed to grip the hardwood in all directions.
