The New Balance 1906R Licorice is a performance shoe whose design was inspired by the 2000s era of running style.
This unique colorway of the New Balance 1906R comes with a white and off-white mesh upper. Synthetic overlays in gray and a pink licorice color cross the upper, sectioning off the toe box and forming supports above the arches. The New Balance "N" logo appears on both sides with NLock branding. The heel is supported by a beige TPU heel counter with an NB logo at the back. The midsole features ABZORB technology for extra comfort, and the white, gray, and yellow rubber outsole complete the shoe's look.
What stands out about this sneaker is the streamlined licorice colorway of the overlays, as each color complements the other without being too bold. The New Balance 1906R Licorice was released on March 1, 2024, for a price of $155.
